Well, this is the philosophy behind our blog which aims to take a light hearted look ‘behind the scenes” on how high performance culture is created and nurtured – but not from the usual angle of the main man/woman/team (again, delete as appropriate).
In any high performance areas such as sports, business, the arts, there will usually be a support team in the background creating and enabling a high-performance environment – a ‘hidden’ team of coaches, parents, spouses, teachers…
We want to shine a spotlight on this team and their culture, ILLUMINATING their approach to progress, performance and above all their IMPACT.
